Our clients are currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector for our prestigious client in the Loughborough area.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Let me start off by saying quality is our client’s religion. Raising quality standards lies at the heart of their business strategy.
As a quality inspector you will approve in-process production by confirming specifications and creating process packs; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to your line manager.
Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations is essential.
You will be required to provide cover for machines in the Mouldshop when needed and also to ensure first-off/last off/restart parts are to specification. All the time ensuring that our clients quality policy is adhered to in order to delight their customers.
The hours are 48 hours per week (Mon – Thurs) on day shift (although some flexibility to work on the night shift may be required from time to time).
- Accurate use of CMM and other measuring equipment is essential
- Familiarity with ISO standards 9001:200
- Ability to liaise with customers
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Hourly rate dependent on experience and perceived skill levels
